Fermentation was carried out with prolonged skin contact and without the use of sulfites, to best express the varietal's characteristic fruit aromas. Distillation is classic, in a copper pot still, with only the finest fraction precisely selected. We have kept the rakia clear and with a higher alcohol content, so you can enjoy the purity of the varietal character. A special rakia for special moments!
