Special grape rakia, made from Chardonnay grapes at perfect ripeness. Fermentation was carried out with prolonged skin contact and without the use of sulfites, to maximize the expression of the varietal's characteristic fruit aromas. Distillation is classic in a copper pot still, where only the finest fraction was precisely selected. We have kept the rakia clear and with a higher alcohol content, so you can enjoy the purity of the varietal character. A special rakia for special moments!
