TASTE Full-bodied and rounded red wine. The structure is powerful, with a solid tannin content, but the body is round and juicy. Intense flavor notes of raspberry, black cherry, and spices prevail.
COLOR Vibrant and deep ruby red NOSE Dominated by aromas of wild berries – raspberry, strawberry and blueberry, intertwined with notes of black pepper, thyme and dried plum.

FOOD PAIRING Suitable for meat dishes of pork, beef, lamb and others such as grilled meat, kebabs, stews, as well as with sausages. Also with traditional Bulgarian dishes – stewed beans, stuffed cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers. It also pairs well with aged cheeses.
VINIFICATION The wine is a blend of several different batches, made in the spirit of traditional old red wine technologies. After blending, the wine ages for 6 months in an oak barrel made of Bulgarian oak.
