Naturally sparkling wine
Artisanal natural sparkling rosé created using the ancient Ancestral Method from 1531, where the effervescence is due to natural grape sugars. Fermentation is stopped by chilling, after which the wine is bottled for secondary fermentation. No added sulfites or other additives. The wine is disgorged by hand, without "dosage."
