Shevka is an old Bulgarian grape variety with a rich history. Vinification includes partial carbonic maceration – part of the grapes ferment as whole bunches, while another part is destemmed and crushed, after which the wine ages for eight months in oak barrels.

TASTE: The taste is fresh, light and extremely drinkable, with soft tannins, a delicate salinity, and an elegant, clean finish.

AROMA: The aroma reveals black blueberry, ripe blackberry, and wild strawberry with delicate "wild" nuances, complemented by oregano, bay leaf, and chocolate.

GRAPE COMPOSITION: 100% Shevka. VINEYARDS: Old vines from the Yalovo village area, Veliko Tarnovo municipality.
