The wine has an elegant yet powerful and dynamic taste, and the body is supple with a lot of sweetness and velvety tannins. The finish is long with accents of cherry, smoke and chocolate.
The color is a very dense ruby-black, and the aroma is a complex noble bouquet with prevailing notes of black fruit: blueberry, black cherry, as well as chocolate, black pepper, leather, tobacco, and vanilla.

VINEYARDS Grapes from a small vineyard in the village of Kamen, Strazhitsa region, trained on a mid-stem formation with spur pruning. The deep clay-sandy soil and cooler climate contribute to grapes of exceptional concentration.
VINIFICATION Strict selection of bunches and berries before destemming and crushing. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats for about 14-15 days. Aging is done in French, American, and Bulgarian oak barrels for 20 months.
