The planting is with narrow rows -1.7m, and the training and pruning are similar to those characteristic of our region from older times, but adapted for working in rows similar to regions like Sauternes or Saint-Émilion in France. In our vineyard work, we adhere to the principles of organic farming and maintain biodiversity in the soil and surrounding areas. In this spirit, a part of the planting material for the variety was taken from old plantations in the region to preserve local genetic diversity.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVINIFICATION\u003c\/strong\u003e The entire process was carried out in the spirit of the old school: fermentation is traditional, in an open vessel, with some of the grapes destemmed and some whole. The method of bioprotection and minimal doses of sulfites was used. After fermentation, the wine ages in French barrels for 14 months.
